Hi guys, this video was originally gonna be my 2nd haul video from BH Cosmetic, but I thought I should be doing this video first! Please tell me that I'm not the only one, or if I am the only one? Did you get yours metallic liquid lipstick tubes empty as well? On top of that shit, they raised their price point by $2 USD, not like $8.5 USD is crazy expensive, but this isn't something the return policy can NOT justify!!!! I felt like I got a repackaged item here I haven't found a video stating that their BH Metallic liquid lipstick is empty. If you do please link me!
